The series was scheduled to begin in Linz on 3 August 2010. Its programme combined expert discussions with a joint visit to the station, trains and buses. People with mobility, visual and hearing disabilities were invited to contribute their experiences. The then transport ministry, BMVIT, commissioned Rodlauer Consulting to organise and deliver the series; further events were planned in the other eight provincial capitals.
